How do I add captions/comments to Google Photos?

1) Open a Google Album.

2) Click a photo (now the photo should be fullscreen).

3) As soon as you hover over the fullscreen photo, you will see "Say something" appear in the bottom right side of the photo.

4) A text box will appear at the bottom of the fullscreen photo. This is where you can add a caption/comment.
