How do I submit technical support requests?

Open a new Tab in your web browser and type the following:

https://easycloudsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Alternatively, just click here.

After submitting a support request, you will receive an email with a link to verify your email address as well as to Sign Up online.  Once you have signed in, you will be able to track progress online.

Responses will also be sent automatically to the email address you used to Sign Up.
