How do I submit a technical support request?

Welcome to our existing customers!

• Submitting a technical support request is as easy as clicking the link below:
  • https://easycloudsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
• After submitting a support request, you will receive an email with a link to verify your email address as well as to Sign Up online.  
• Once you have signed in, you will be able to track progress online.

Responses will also be sent automatically to the email address you used to Sign Up.
